Lana has been working in yoga field since 2018.
She is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher.
She has completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in Vidya School (India), 272 hours Yoga teacher Course in the Prana Centre,
Prenatal and Postnatal yoga teacher training in the Institute of Oriental Rehabilitation Methods and Aeral Yoga course.
Seminar participant: Sadhana Yoga Chi by Doug Swenson, ‘The culture of movement”.

Her passion is to bring the traditional yoga of the ancient past and contemporary physiology to share with the people of the world today.
